The time between Christmas and New Years Eve is something special in Vienna. Within the last Years my hometown has become one of the most wanted travel locations in Europe to celebrate the New Year. The reservations start early in the End of August and this year were all our apartments booked at the End of October! In the most upper class hotels the situation is similar. In the first week of November were press relases that the 5-star Hotels in Vienna are completly booked for December and New Year.
The most people come from our big neighbour Germany. Vienna is very popular in Italy too. we still have many requests for an “apartment for capodanno in vienna”, but as said before we are completly booked 
. I am sure that the requests will continue and become even more until the last day before New Years Eve …
